In front of the heated swimming pool which you can enjoy at any time of the year, with sea views. Surrounded by gardens with palm trees and fruit trees. Inside the house, a large entrance hall with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin beds, each of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Large dining room leading to the living room with TV and a fireplace for those cold winter evenings.  Air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms. One full bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the inner courtyard, a quiet place to enjoy the jacuzzi (exclusive use in winter) while enjoying the views of the mountains, also has a shower, and a toilet.  This area leads to the annex, which can be rented for additional people.

If you come with 5 to 8 persons you rent additionally a completely new annexe, furnished with the best qualities, we enter in a beautiful and luminous open space where we find 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with single beds and a complete bathroom with italian shower, back to the luminous living room, the living – dining room and an open plan kitchen with sea views, we can access through glass windows to the many rest areas outside, ideal for a family holiday for several weeks, short stays, etc…. Fantastic outdoor barbecue, oven, huge terrace to enjoy the outdoors in all its splendour.  Outdoor Jacuzzi spa (winter only).
